Michael G. Intrieri is the founder and CEO.  Mr. Intrieri designed his first hybrid solar energy system in 1975 and has experience with both thermal and electrical systems. His previous positions include application processor engineering director at Marvell Technology Group Ltd..  Before Marvel, he served as application processor product development manager at Intel Crop., where he was responsible for the development of XScale application processors. Mr. Intrieri earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1982.

David Hunter is an experienced entrepreneur with a 30 year successful operation track record of developing innovative products and businesses. His previous positions include. Chief Operating Officer of Aware, Inc.  Founder and Vice President of Engineering for IDEAssociates.  Venture Partner with BancBoston Capital and Advanced Technology Ventures.
